How It Works Under the Hood

Sill's report pipeline researches your market, runs purchase-intent prompts across AI platforms, audits your content against 40+ GEO factors, and delivers prioritized recommendations.

First, we research your market. We identify the decision attributes that matter in your category. You know, the things buyers actually care about. Then we identify purchase-intent prompts that mimic how real people ask AI for recommendations covering a wide range of specificity.

Then we send those prompts across platforms. We score your brand on position (are you the primary recommendation, a secondary mention, or not mentioned at all?) and sentiment (is the mention positive, neutral, or negative?). We aggregate those scores into your Share of Voice.

From there, we scrape your website (without excess requests!) and run a content audit against the GEO factors that peer-reviewed research shows actually influence AI citations. We scan your off-site presence across the ecosystems that feed AI knowledge bases. And we distill all of it into prioritized recommendations — ranked by impact over effort, so you know exactly where to start.

Sill's long-term vision is counterfactual experimentation — isolating variables to find the exact Decision Boundary where AI models start recommending your brand.

This is what we're building towards. Reports tell you where you stand. The dashboard tracks how it changes. But the experimentation platform tells you why.

Using counterfactual simulations, we isolate variables like price, positioning, feature descriptions, reputation signals and run them through AI models to find the exact Decision Boundary where a model switches from ignoring your brand to recommending it.
